Rankings for the 100 Best Adoption–Friendly Workplace list are determined by an analysis of a company’s adoption benefits – financial reimbursement and paid leave – available to employees who adopt. The Foundation compiled the results from survey data collected from 753 U.S. employers.
For the third year in a row New York Life Insurance Company was named an IDEAL Employer™ by undergraduate students in The Universum IDEAL Employer™ Survey - both Undergraduate and Diversity Editions.
For the Undergraduate Edition, over 43,000 undergraduate students at 195 universities participated and approximately 17,914 diverse students in 137 schools were asked to rank their IDEAL Companies for the Diversity Edition.
