1. Sign up for personalized e-mail job alerts. Let the search engines of the major job search sites do the work for you. Choose the daily delivery option, if possible, but limit your Web surfing each day.
2. Job hunt through professional organizations. Many of the best jobs are advertised within groups that hold a captive audience of qualified candidates.
