Model Office assists agents in Planning for Growth by offering practice management suggestions designed to increase both top and bottom line revenues. By identifying back office areas that can be restructured to improve interoffice communication, increase workflow efficiency and better utilize available resources, agents can enjoy a more productive and profitable operation. Model Office also provides staff development services to bolster both individual and company performance by establishing training tracks for members employees, designing customized training tracks, and exploring training resources. The Associate's Program provides breakout sessions with targeted content specifically designed to help associates better serve their agents at all Nautilus quarterly meetings and workshops. Associate's Forum members enjoy additional networking opportunities.
