NEW YORK, N.Y., October 22, 2004 — New York Life Insurance Company announced today that William Formon has joined New York Life as a Vice President in the Individual Annuity Department and will be responsible for systems operations and structured settlements. He will report to Senior Vice President John Meyer.
For the past five years Mr. Formon has worked at Siebel Systems where, most recently, he was the Director of Product Planning. He also has prior experience with financial consulting firms and as an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton. Mr. Formon received his Bachelor of Arts in American Government from Georgetown University, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
