Conference for U.S. Agents and Managers Will Host Contingent from Korea for the First Time
NEW YORK, N.Y., APRIL 21, 2008 – New York Life Insurance Company announced that it will hold its second national conference April 21- 23 for New York Life agents who serve the Korean market. The conference offers New York Life agents an opportunity to share best practices and discuss ways to address the financial needs of the Korean-American community. And, for the first time, agents and managers from New York Life’s South Korean subsidiary, New York Life Insurance, LTD, will also participate in this networking conference.

Conference events will include training workshops and networking opportunities. This year’s theme, “Not You, Not Me, But Us,” is translated from a Korean saying that means, “We Are One.” The theme was chosen because it illustrates the value New York Life agents place on teamwork and that it is a key component to their success.
The Korean Marketing Unit is dedicated to increasing outreach to the community.
