Child ID program: Helping to Protect What’s Most Important

Our child ID program can provide peace of mind. Find us at these events

One of our primary roles is to protect what’s important to you. We do that through our life insurance, retirement and investments products, but also through offering free child identification cards, which include a child’s fingerprints and photo, at events throughout the communities where you and our Agents live and work.

This year, you’ll see us at Little League Baseball and Softball games and the Lego KidsFest 2013 Tour, as well as other local events.

Lego KidsFest is a three-day show all about Lego! It includes construction zones, meetings with master Lego builders, games and life-sized models made entirely of Lego. Upcoming events will be in Houston (May 17-19), Phoenix (July 12-14), San Jose (Aug 30-Sept 1), Portland (Oct 11-13), and Hartford (Dec 6-8). Our Agents will staff Lost Parents Zone tents providing New York Life lost child ID cards to attendees and helping split up families reunite.

In addition, our agents and offices are already gearing up for the Little League Baseball and Softball seasons and the Little League World Series where we also will provide our child ID services. As the official life insurance sponsor, New York Life has a presence in more than 250 leagues across America, as well as at regional tournaments and the Little League Baseball® World Series. For more about our partnership with Little League, click here.

Tens-of-thousands of children have participated over the years in our child ID cards, providing their families with peace of mind knowing that if something should ever happen to their children, they will have an ID with vital information to distribute to the local authorities.
