- If you are in immediate need of money, New York Life can quickly provide emergency funds through loans against the cash value of your current policies. Of course, any outstanding loan balance reduces your policy's available cash surrender value and death benefit.
- If a temporary extension of your insurance premiums payments would help, we will gladly assist in arranging this.
- If your policies have been lost or destroyed, we will replace them.
- You may also access policy information and request a variety of service transactions by visiting our Virtual Service Center.
