Melisa Vogel, J.D., LL.M., is the Compliance Officer for The Nautilus Group. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Pittsburg State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas. Additionally Melisa received a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver. Prior to joining Nautilus in 2006, Melisa was a member of New York Life’s Advanced Planning Resource Center. Melisa was also in- house counsel for ING U.S. Retail Financial Services and worked for several years at a Denver law firm specializing in tax planning.

James Friendly, J.D., is a member of the compliance department at the Nautilus Group. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree and his Juris Doctor from Emory University. Prior to joining Nautilus in 2007, James worked at a regional brokerage firm in both a capital market and compliance capacity.

Corbett B. Ray, CFP®, MBA, began his financial services career in 1999, becoming an agent and Registered Representative for a large international financial services firm. Since then he has had extensive experience providing financial planning services for high net worth clients in complex situations. Corbett graduated from Rice University with a BA in Economics; he received his MBA in Finance/Accounting from Tulane University.
