Women's Leadership Project

The Women's Leadership Project (WLP) is a breakthrough approach to developing leaders, and it gives employees a chance to participate in many different ways. Events such as seminars, workshops, mentoring and networking are designed for specific groups, while other sessions are open to all employees for all levels within the Company.

The goal of WLP is to help individuals grow personally and professionally and reach their full potential while strengthening the corporate culture at New York Life. It is designed to be an evolving program that will continually be refined and improved based on feedback from participants.
