Sales Manager for Insurance and Financial Services Professionals
A New York Life Sales Manager has the title of Partner. They are responsible for:
Finding and selecting high quality candidates to become a career Financial Service Professional with New York Life.
Training new associates in all aspects of insurance and financial service sales and service in the classroom, in one–on–one sessions, and in client meetings.
Providing coaching and guidance to new associates on developing their business practice.
Working with other members of the local management team to help the office continue to grow.
