Donna is Corporate Vice President Technical Services of New York Life Executive Benefits LLC (NYLEX Benefits), a subsidiary and the executive benefits consulting arm of New York Life Insurance Company, a fortune 100 company. NYLEX Benefits specializes in the design, implementation, financing, and ongoing administrative support of supplemental executive benefits programs.
Prior to joining NYLEX Benefits, Donna served as Assistant Vice President and Director of Advanced Markets for Columbus Life Insurance Company where she provided expert assistance to producers on executive benefit and estate planning issues. Her support efforts included case design and legislative updates, with key focus on retirement planning, business planning techniques, wealth accumulation and distribution, and estate planning and conservation.
Donna has 22 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry beginning as an associate attorney with the Nelson & Harding law firm in Lincoln, Nebraska. For the past 20 years she was worked as an advisor in the insurance industry for various companies including: Ameritas, National Life of Vermont, Massachusetts Mutual, Nationwide, and Prudential . She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska and a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Nebraska Law School. She is a Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
Donna resides in Stamford, CT. She has three grown children and six grandchildren who live in Ohio and Colorado.
