New “Selfless Gift” Ad Campaign Launches
What gift says "selfless" to you? Consider all of the gifts exchanged in a given year. How many of them truly can make a difference in a person's life? New York Life tackles this question head-on in its new national advertising campaign which shows life insurance as a selfless, enduring gift of love and peace of mind for family members.
Generally, people don't buy life insurance for any of the self-centered reasons that drive most other purchases. The fact is, life insurance is one of the most purely altruistic purchases anyone can make. Our new campaign speaks to what is really the most fundamental reason people buy life insurance: to express their profound love for their family, with a promise to always protect and provide for them. Deep down inside, people understand that life insurance really is the ultimate gift of love.
The campaign will include three television commercials that will begin airing on network and cable tv this month, as well as print and outdoor billboard advertising.
