Corporate sponsored life insurance.

New York Life Insurance and Annuity Corporation (NYLIAC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of New York Life, offers a comprehensive portfolio of innovative insurance products designed to provide key employees with life insurance protection and estate and retirement planning solutions. The Corporate Sponsored product line is also specially designed to provide informal funding for nonqualified executive benefit programs, such as Deferred Compensation Plans, Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans, and Split Dollar Plans. The Corporate Sponsored product line is comprised of CorpExec Variable Universal Life Insurance (CEVUL) and CorpExec Universal Life Insurance (CEUL). NYLIAC also offers a product offered through employers for individual ownership by key, highly compensated employees, CorpExec Accumulator Variable Universal Life (CEAVUL).

  • CorpExec Universal Life.
    CEUL is intended to be employer owned and is designed to offer highly flexible permanent life insurance protection. CEUL can be customized to meet specific needs through a variety of policy features.
  • CorpExec Variable Universal Life Series VI.
    CEVUL VI is intended to be employer owned and is designed to offer highly flexible permanent life insurance protection with the potential to accumulate cash value through the investment divisions in the policy. CEVUL VI can be customized to meet specific needs through a variety of policy features. Investment returns for a variable universal life insurance policy are not guaranteed and policy values will fluctuate.
  • CorpExec Accumulator Variable Universal Life.
    CEAVUL is intended to be employee owned and is designed to offer key employees highly flexible permanent life insurance protection with the potential for cash value accumulation through the investment divisions in the policy and tax advantaged distributions.1 CEAVUL can be customized to meet specific needs through a variety of policy features. Investment returns for a variable universal life insurance policy are not guaranteed and policy values will fluctuate.
