The Corporate Sponsored product line is specially designed to provide informal funding for nonqualified executive benefit programs, such as Deferred Compensation Plans, Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERP), After-Tax and Split Dollar Plans. The product line is comprised of the NYLIAC CorpExec Universal Life Insurance (CEUL), the NYLIAC CorpExec Variable Universal Life Insurance (CEVUL) and the NYLIAC CorpExec Accumulator Variable Universal Life Insurance (CEAVUL).

CEVUL is intended to be employer owned and is designed to offer highly flexible permanent life insurance protection with the potential to accumulate cash value through the Investment Divisions in the policy. CEVUL can be customized to meet specific needs through a variety of policy features. Investment returns for a variable universal life insurance policy are not guaranteed and policy values will fluctuate. - NYLIAC CorpExec Accumulator Variable Universal Life Insurance
CEAVUL is intended to be employee owned and is designed to offer key employees a lifetime of highly flexible permanent life insurance protection with the potential to accumulate cash value through the Investment Divisions in the policy. CEAVUL can be customized to meet specific needs through a variety of policy features. Investment returns for a variable universal life insurance policy are not guaranteed and policy values will fluctuate.
