Fixed Deferred Annuities*

What is a Fixed Deferred Annuity?

A Fixed Deferred Annuity is designed to help you accumulate funds for your retirement. The money in your annuity earns a fixed rate of interest and your money accumulates on a tax-deferred basis, meaning you do not pay taxes on your earnings until you actually withdraw them from your policy. Withdrawals may be taxable and a 10% penalty may apply to withdrawals taken prior to age 59½ .

General information regarding our Fixed Deferred Annuities may be found in our New York Life Fixed Annuities Brochure and our New York Life Fixed Annuities Product Comparison Card.
