Click here to download the May 1, 2012 product prospectus for the New York Life Insurance and Annuity Corporation ("NYLIAC") Corporate Sponsored Variable Universal Life ("CSVUL") product. This Prospectus describes a flexible premium variable universal life insurance policy that is no longer offered for sale by NYLIAC to new corporate sponsored plans. NYLIAC, however, continues to accept additional premiums paid under existing policies. The product prospectus includes information about the product as well as the charges and expenses.
