Organizational structure.

Fixed Income Investors is the fixed income asset management division of NYL Investors LLC, a direct subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company.

Formed in October 2013, NYL Investors has primary responsibility for managing the fixed income assets of its parent company, New York Life. NYL Investors, including certain affiliates, has approximately $252 billion in assets under management1 as of March 31, 2019, of which approximately $155 billion is managed by Fixed Income Investors.

Our parent company, New York Life, was founded in 1845 and is a Fortune 100 company.2 It is one of the largest mutual life insurance companies in the United States, holding the highest ratings for financial strength currently awarded to any U.S. life insurer.3
