Tricia A. Marks
Ms. Marks is the Head of Capital Markets and joined Madison Capital in May of 2003 as a member of the Loan Syndications Team. Currently, Ms. Marks is responsible for managing the Capital Markets function, including the Loan Syndications team and the Investment Management Group, as well as serving as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to a joining the firm, she worked with GE Capital, formerly Heller Financial, Inc. She has been involved in the middle market corporate finance industry since 1990, with positions in audit, finance, portfolio management, underwriting and originations. Since 2000, she has been exclusively focused on middle market loan syndications. Tricia received her BBA in Accounting at the University of Iowa.
Jeffrey M. Day
Mr. Day joined Madison Capital in 2011 and is currently the Head of Loan Syndications. Previously, he worked at JP Morgan Chase where he was responsible for debt and equity capital raising for Chase Commercial Bank clients. Prior to JP Morgan Chase, he was at CapitalSource Finance where he was responsible for loan syndications. His previous experience also includes loan syndications, credit management, and underwriting positions at GE Capital. Mr. Day received his BBA in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and an MBA in Finance and Management & Strategy from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Brazier joined Madison Capital in 2015 as a member of the Loan Syndications Team. He currently focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with lenders as well as structuring and syndicating transactions originated and led by the firm. Prior to joining Madison Capital, Mr. Brazier spent 10 years on the Capital Markets Team at Antares Capital, formerly GE Antares Capital where he was responsible for loan syndications. Prior to 2005, he held positions in audit, portfolio management and underwriting at GE Capital. Mr. Brazier received his BS in Finance from the John Carroll University and an MBA in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
Jared J. Halajian
Mr. Halajian joined Madison Capital in 2005 as a member of the Capital Markets team. He currently focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with lenders as well as structuring and syndicating transactions originated and led by the firm. During his tenure at Madison Capital, Mr. Halajian also worked on an Underwriting team where he focused on structuring, underwriting, negotiating, and managing both Madison-led transactions and participation transactions. Previously, Mr. Halajian worked at Columbus, OH-based Huntington Bank, a national middle market-focused business bank, where he specialized in commercial finance. Mr. Halajian earned a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Leisinger joined Madison Capital in July of 2015 as the head of the Mezzanine Investment team. He focuses on originating, structuring, underwriting, negotiating, closing, and managing Madison-led transactions. Prior to joining Madison Capital in July 2015, Mr. Leisinger spent ten years at Sankaty Advisors, the credit affiliate of Bain Capital, where he focused primarily on middle market mezzanine and control equity investments. He has held six board seats in portfolio investments. Mr. Leisinger holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Sabki joined Madison Capital in 2015 as a member of the Investment Management Group. Prior to joining Madison Capital, Mr. Sabki worked at Apollo Global Management where he focused on investing in CLOs and structuring CLOs and private financings of leveraged loans. Prior to Apollo Global Management, Mr. Sabki worked in various groups at Citi, including CDO structuring, high grade loan origination, and derivative solutions. Mr. Sabki received a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan and a Master in Finance from Princeton University.
Ashish S. Shah
Mr. Shah is Head of the Investment Management Group. He is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for Madison’s third Party Asset Management business including CLOs and private funds. He previously ran one of Madison Capital’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, negotiating and closing both Madison-led and participation leveraged finance transactions. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he worked in various underwriting, portfolio management, and relationship management roles at Fifth Third Bank, Maranon Capital, LP and CapitalSource Finance. Prior to CapitalSource, he was an analyst at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Shah earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MBA in Finance from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
