Mr. Graves leads Madison Capital’s healthcare underwriting team, focusing on structuring, underwriting, negotiating and closing both Madison-led and participation leveraged finance transactions. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in various underwriting and portfolio management roles at Maranon Capital, LP and Mariner Private Equity, LLC. Prior to Mariner Private Equity, LLC, Mr. Graves was an associate in the institutional fixed income department of M & I Bank. Mr. Graves earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and his MBA in Finance from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
Ms. Ross is responsible for client relationship development, origination and the execution of transactions for private equity sponsors in the healthcare industry. Her previous roles at the firm include underwriting, negotiating and closing healthcare transactions across a spectrum of sectors including: behavioral health, practice management, medical device, and outsourced service providers. Prior to joining Madison Capital in 2010, Anna spent 2 years at PNC (formerly National City Bank) in a middle market credit underwriting function. Ms. Ross holds a BS in Finance from Miami University (OH).
Timothy R. Wentink
Mr. Wentink is a member of Madison Capital’s Healthcare Leveraged Finance team. He focuses on originating, structuring, underwriting, and negotiating healthcare transactions. Prior to joining Madison Capital in March 2008, Mr. Wentink spent two years in Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance’s leveraged lending group where he focused on private equity sponsored transactions. He also previously worked in the commercial lending group at JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Wentink earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Adam N. Willis
Mr. Willis heads Madison Capital’s Healthcare team and is focused on new business origination. Prior to joining Madison Capital in 2010, Adam spent seven years at GE Capital in the Healthcare Financial Services group where he lead an underwriting and execution team for sponsor based cash-flow transactions in the healthcare industry. Mr. Willis holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University Of Chicago.
