Andrew Bucolo
Managing Director

Mr. Bucolo is responsible for new business origination and client relationship development at Madison Capital. Since joining Madison Capital at its inception in 2001, he has held a variety of senior positions in business development and underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Continental Bank and Bank of America in a variety of commercial middle market lending groups including, asset based lending, cash flow lending and sponsored leveraged cash flow lending. Mr. Bucolo earned a BBA in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance and Management & Strategy from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.


William A. Kindorf
Managing Director

Mr. Kindorf heads Madison Capital’s Insurance & Financial Services Leveraged Finance team and is focused on new business origination. Prior to joining Madison Capital, he served as Vice President in charge of Corporate Development for First Mercury Financial Corp., a publicly traded insurance carrier and MGA, where he led the company’s M&A activities. Before that, he worked for Cochran, Caronia & Co., a boutique investment bank serving the insurance industry. Mr. Kindorf earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has also been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.


Brian Klaban
Vice President

Mr. Klaban is responsible for client relationship development and new business origination at Madison Capital. His previous roles at the firm include structuring, underwriting, and closing transactions as well as distressed credit opportunity management. Prior to joining Madison Capital, he spent over 3 years at National City Bank in a variety of roles, including credit underwriting and business development. Mr. Klaban earned a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from Eastern Michigan University, where he was a member of the football team during his collegiate career. He was also awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2009.


David L. Kulakofsky
Director

Mr. Kulakofsky is responsible for client relationship development and new business origination at Madison Capital. Mr. Kulakofsky joined Madison Capital at its inception in 2001 as an Associate and was a Vice President and Underwriting Team Leader before transitioning to the originations role. Prior to joining Madison Capital, Mr. Kulakofsky was an Analyst in the Investment Banking group at Robert W. Baird & Co., focusing primarily on industrial M&A transactions. Mr. Kulakofsky earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Sociology from Northwestern University and an MBA in Analytical Finance from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.


Sunil K. Mehta
Director

Mr. Mehta is responsible for client relationship development and new business origination at Madison Capital. Mr. Mehta joined Madison Capital in 2005 and managed an underwriting team before transitioning to the relationship management role. Prior to joining the firm, he was with Raymond James, where he focused on providing investment banking advisory services. He also worked as a relationship manager in the middle market lending group of JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Mehta earned a BSBA in International Business from Drake University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago.


Anna Ross
Vice President

Ms. Ross is responsible for client relationship development, origination and the execution of transactions for private equity sponsors in the healthcare industry. Her previous roles at the firm include underwriting, negotiating and closing healthcare transactions across a spectrum of sectors including: behavioral health, practice management, medical device, and outsourced service providers. Prior to joining Madison Capital in 2010, Anna spent 2 years at PNC (formerly National City Bank) in a middle market credit underwriting function. Ms. Ross holds a BS in Finance from Miami University (OH).


Jason K. Schryver
Director

Mr. Schryver is a member of Madison Capital’s Insurance and Financial Services Leveraged Finance team, focusing on originating, structuring, and underwriting leveraged finance transactions. Prior to joining Madison Capital in 2006, he worked in various underwriting, portfolio management, and relationship management roles at Charter One Bank and focused on both middle market commercial lending and private equity sponsor backed transactions across a variety of industries. Mr. Schryver earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA in Finance and Management & Strategy, with distinction, from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.


Jeffrey D. Scott
Director

Mr. Scott is responsible for client relationship development and new business origination at Madison Capital. Prior to joining Madison Capital, Mr. Scott spent ten years at Cerberus Capital and its affiliate Dymas Capital where he was responsible for originating senior cash flow, junior debt and unitranche opportunities with private equity firms. He also worked as an associate at Antares Capital where he was underwriting and structuring middle-market transactions. Mr. Scott earned a BA in Economics from Wheaton College and MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.


Timothy R. Wentink
Director

Mr. Wentink is a member of Madison Capital’s Healthcare Leveraged Finance team. He focuses on originating, structuring, underwriting, and negotiating healthcare transactions. Prior to joining Madison Capital in March 2008, Mr. Wentink spent two years in Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance’s leveraged lending group where he focused on private equity sponsored transactions. He also previously worked in the commercial lending group at JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Wentink earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.


Adam N. Willis
Director

Mr. Willis heads Madison Capital’s Healthcare team and is focused on new business origination. Prior to joining Madison Capital in 2010, Adam spent seven years at GE Capital in the Healthcare Financial Services group where he lead an underwriting and execution team for sponsor based cash-flow transactions in the healthcare industry. Mr. Willis holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University Of Chicago.
