At New York Life, outstanding performance is recognized and rewarded.

We recently honored over 200 service professionals at New York Life’s fifth annual Service Superstars recognition event in San Diego, California. Each year, this program celebrates top service employees from across the company for going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service every day to those who rely on them.

The theme of this year’s event was Shaping the Future. Honorees were flown to San Diego, where they took part in a variety of sessions that were a mix of networking, learning and development, volunteering, and fun with a lot of inspiration for them to take back and apply to their roles as they look to the future.

“I can’t thank New York Life enough for such a fantastic event,” says Jerrilynn Blocker, a Superstar from New York Life’s Group Benefit Solutions business. “I had a feeling it was going to be good, but boy was I wrong – it was AMAZING. This experience made us all feel like we are part of one New York Life family.”
