New York Life Real Estate Investors originates $31 million mortgage loan secured by 15 Exchange Place Jersey City, New Jersey.
New York, January 22, 2019—New York Life Real Estate Investors, on behalf of New York Life Insurance Company, announced today the financing of 15 Exchange Place, an 11-story office building located on the Hudson River in Jersey City, New Jersey. The 135,000 square foot office building is owned by an affiliate of Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc.
