New York Life Real Estate Investors originates $24.675 million mortgage loan secured by Wal-mart retail portfolio Tennessee.

NEW YORK, September 8, 2017—New York Life Real Estate Investors announced today the financing of a retail portfolio consisting of four stand alone, single tenant buildings occupied by Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market grocery stores located throughout Tennessee. The collateral totals 169,660 square feet. The fixed rate loan has a term of 14 years. NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. acted as the mortgage broker on the transaction.
