NEW YORK, May 3, 2017—New York Life Real Estate Investors announced today the financing, on behalf of institutional investors, of Alta Cherry Hills, a 306 unit, Class A multifamily property located in Denver, CO. The $51,840,000 mortgage loan has a term of 7 years.
