Welcome to the annuitant service center for pension risk transfer participants. Pension risk transfer participants are covered under a group annuity contract ("GAC"). A GAC is an annuity product issued by an insurer, such as New York Life. Each participant covered by the group annuity contract is entitled to guaranteed annuity payments made by New York Life.   • Your payment is usually credited to your account a few days before the 1st of the month.
  • You won't need to wait for the mail.
  • You won't need to worry about lost or stolen checks.
  • You won't need to take time out of your day to cash or deposit your pension check.

For existing annuitants, you are not permitted to make changes to the type of annuity payment you receive. Your payment will continue to be administered by New York Life in the same form of annuity payment and gross benefit amount as you received under your former employer’s pension plan. For example, if you are currently receiving a $100 monthly benefit payable as a Single Life Annuity from your former employer, you will continue to receive $100 per month payable as a Single Life Annuity from New York Life and may not change to another type of annuity payment (e.g., Period Certain Annuity, Joint and Survivor Annuity, or a one-time Lump Sum Payment).
