Accident Insurance with Health Screening Benefit*†
Pays you benefits for specific injuries and events resulting from a covered accident. Benefit amounts vary depending on the type of injury and care received. In addition, the health screening benefit provides a payment for completing various health screening tests.
Critical Illness Insurance with Health Screening Benefit*†
Pays a lump-sum benefit if you are diagnosed with a covered illness or condition such as a heart attack, stroke, or cancer. In addition, the health screening benefit provides a payment for completing various health screening tests.
