Spotlight on our people
As we continue to grow our Producer Relations team, Brian will focus on continuing to build and deepen relationships with our national broker partners, focusing on ways that we can further help them succeed. He has more than 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a majority of his time focused on voluntary benefits. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ferris State University.

Cassie has been with New York Life for six years and has over 20 years of industry experience. For the past four years, she has led our Enrollment Solutions team, focused on creating robust end-to-end enrollment support for our clients.
In her new role, she will continue to lead Enrollment Solutions and will take on responsibility for managing our request for proposal (RFP) support teams.

Jake has been with New York Life for over 14 years and in the industry for over 30 years. He started as an Assistant Regional Market Manager in Los Angeles, then became Regional Market Manager for our Southern California market, and in 2019, took on the role of Regional Vice President for our South Pacific market.
With his recent promotion, he will broaden his responsibilities in managing and growing our expanded Pacific Region, which includes California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Alaska.

Jake has been with New York Life for over 14 years and in the industry for over 30 years. Carson has spent over 11 years with New York Life and in the industry for over 20 years. He started as a Sales Representative in the New York City market, then became Assistant Regional Market Manager. In 2018, Carson relocated to be the Regional Market Manager of the Chicago market, and in April 2024, moved back to the Northeast to assume the role of Regional Vice President overseeing the Northeast.
With his recent promotion, he will broaden his responsibilities in managing and growing the expanded Northeast Region to include the Great Lakes territory.
