The following terms and conditions govern the New York Life Service Texting Program ("Program").

By opting into the Program, you agree to receive service, underwriting and marketing text messages from New York Life Insurance Company and its affiliates (“New York Life”) at the mobile telephone number provided. Text messages may be generated using automated technology and consent is not a condition of purchase.

The texts are subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. In the event a text message exceeds the carrier’s character limitation, it may be split into multiple texts.

You can opt out of the Program at any time by texting STOP. By doing so, you may receive an additional confirmation text acknowledging our receipt of your request. If you have registered for an online account, you may also revoke your consent by visiting www.newyorklife.com and changing your Text Messaging/SMS preferences on the “My Account” screen.

You may receive more information at any time by texting HELP.

We cannot guarantee the timing or receipt of a text, as this may be affected by factors outside of our control. In the event a text is delayed or not received, we are not responsible for any related impacts.  Texts are unmonitored, and we will only accept recognized keywords or prompts as a response.
