Our diversity is our strength

Our goal is to meet people where they are—physically, linguistically, and emotionally. We actively seek out talented financial professionals who represent many diverse communities and speak their languages. This shared background allows for a more intimate connection, to better form valuable, long-lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Better support means better connections

Target and cultural marketing support

The world is becoming more and more diverse, which means it’s never been more vital to understand and empathize with people of all backgrounds. That’s why we implemented our Target and Cultural Markets program, which employs full-time staff members to help our financial professionals better engage with the needs of each community they represent.

Volunteers for good

Putting our love into action. Since 1998, New York Life has supported philanthropic opportunities for our workforce through the Volunteers for Good program. Every year we partner with hundreds of nonprofits and charitable organizations across the country to impact our communities.
