The world is becoming more and more diverse, which means it’s never been more vital to understand and empathize with people of all backgrounds. That’s why we implemented our Target and Cultural Markets program, which employs full-time staff members to help our financial professionals better engage with the needs of each community they represent.
Since 1998, New York Life has supported philanthropic opportunities for our workforce through the Volunteers for Good program. Every year we partner with hundreds of nonprofits and charitable organizations across the country to impact our communities.
