After 19 years of consistently landing at the top of LATINA Style,Inc’s “50 best companies for Latinas to work for in the U.S." list, New York Life has now been given the top honor of being named the 2019 Company of the Year. LATINA Style identifies companies that provide the best career opportunities for Latinas in the country.   This award highlights our company-wide commitment to providing programs that encourage training, mentorship, and promote Latinas within the company. 

As the highest ranking Latina, Jomil Guerrero, our managing director of Global Marketing Operations for New York Life Investments, will be highlighted online and in the upcoming issue of the magazine.  She and Kathleen Navarro, our Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer will be attending the awards ceremony on February 13, 2020 during the LATINA Style’s Diversity Leaders and Awards Conference in Washington, D.C.
