Meet our two 2023 Working Parents of the Year.

The annual recognition by media company Seramount acknowledges the constant juggling of work/life balance of millions of working parents.

New York Life was recently recognized as a 2023 Seramount 100 Best Company, which acknowledges our ongoing commitment to providing inclusive benefits for families through forward-thinking workplace programs that support working parents and caregivers. The annual recognition by media company Seramount acknowledges the constant juggling of work and life by millions of working parents.
As part of New York Life’s recognition, we had the privilege of choosing two employees to represent us and receive Working Parents of the Year awards from Seramount. This year’s honorees are Corporate Vice President, Corporate Responsibility, Michael Burke; and Vice President, Service, Claudine O'Hearn. Michael and Claudine were chosen for making significant contributions to the company as well as to their community and for being great mentors to others.
