After becoming a Registered Representative, you can pursue becoming a Financial Advisor for Eagle Strategies LLC. Eagle Financial Advisors have access to comprehensive services which allow them to provide financial planning to their clients.
Seasoned insurance professionals with strong leadership skills will have the opportunity to join the management team as Field Managers. Managers first serve as an Associate Partner, then, over time, work to become a Managing Partner, overseeing a General Office.
If you've completed your MBA in the past 24 months or have previous management or business-owner experience, the Management Fast Track program may be your perfect career path. First you work for 12 months as a financial professional, then you navigate the 6-week Associate Partner Training Program, and upon completion you become a New York Life Field Manager.
