Eagle Strategies Financial Advisors who have the proper credentials can offer in-depth financial planning and wealth management solutions

Financial professionals interested in a management career can apply to join the General Office leadership team as an Associate Partner.  To become eligible to be an Associate Partner, you must meet certain production, licensing and other internal requirements.


Starting as an Associate Partner*, you will:

Recruit, train and develop financial professionals

Build a team spirit in the General Office

Lead financial professionals toward attainment of agreed upon objectives

Accelerate your growth into management.

If you’ve completed your MBA or a similar advanced degree, or have 2+ years previous management, 3+ years direct sales, or 2+ years business-owner experience, the Accelerated Path to Management program may be your perfect career path.  First you work for 12 months as a financial professional (Agent).  Upon meeting all production and licensing requirements, you transition out of agent production and into the 6-month Associate Partner Training program, and upon successful completion you become a New York Life Field Manager.
