At New York Life, we believe that measuring employee sentiment is important.

The feedback we receive through employee engagement like surveys and group conversations help inform our strategy.

Employee Surveys

We assess feelings of equity and inclusion and allow employees to give comments that provide additional insight into employees’ experiences through surveys like:

  • Biannual engagement survey
  • Annual pulse survey

Small Group Conversations

Our leadership participates in “Small Group Conversations” with employees. This gives employees an opportunity in small group sessions to engage senior leadership around topics that are important to them.
