Innovation Summit 2025: Shaping Tomorrow, Together.

New York Life employees recently demonstrated how the company is driving innovation forward.

Building on the success of prior forums and expos, including last year’s Data+Analytics+AI Expo, employees from across New York Life recently came together for a two-day Innovation Summit  showcasing how the company’s use of technology, data and AI is transforming the way we work.

Hosted by Tech, Data, AI, Ventures (TDAV) at New York Life’s Home Office in New York City, the Innovation Summit was the company’s largest employee event of the year with more than 1,200 employees attending on Day 1 and nearly 700 on Day 2, both in person and virtually.

The summit featured expert-led sessions from partners like Anthropic, dbt Labs, Microsoft, OpenAI and Tableau that shared insights into working with digital tools. Attendees also enjoyed the Employee Booth Showcase featuring hands-on employee innovation from across the Foundational Business, Strategic Businesses and corporate functions.

From customer service to human resources to product solutions and more, technology, data- and AI-powered tools are enhancing the customer and employee experience at New York Life. This year’s summit showcased how we are empowering our people with the tools and resources they need to do their most inspired work.
