Sales Manager/Partner

Management Fast Track

If you're a natural leader who has either completed your MBA in the last 24 months or has prior management or business-owner experience, the Management Fast Track program may be your perfect career path.

In this program, you'll have the opportunity to advance to management within 12 months. You'll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once program requirements are met, you'll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner, recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You'll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager.

These qualifications are preferred, but you can also get them on the job:

  • Life and health licensed
  • FINRA registrations of Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 
  • Previous sales experience
